Nutrition Assistant / Nutrition Professional sought for Area North

We are looking for two engaged colleagues for our kitchens and bakery at the nursing homes in Area North, who want to help create good dining experiences for our residents.

We are looking for two nutrition assistants, but if you have another relevant education or experience, we would also like to hear from you.

About the positions

As a nutrition assistant / nutrition professional employee you will be part of the nutritional professional effort in Care in Randers Municipality.

You will become part of a strong professional community consisting of nutrition assistants, house assistants, a baker and a clinical dietitian. We are spread across seven nursing homes and one bakery, but help and spar with each other across centres.

We place emphasis on good food, professional quality and collaboration. Together we work to create tasty and inviting meals that contribute to residents' well-being and positive everyday experiences.

Your tasks

Your tasks depend on your competencies and the specific workplace, but can include among other things:

• preparation and plating of tasty and inviting meals
• production of open-faced sandwiches, hot dishes, baked goods and other offerings for residents
• planning and organizing the daily production
• focus on food quality, variation and presentation
• cooperation with colleagues and care staff about residents' wishes and needs
• contribution to the development of our food offerings and workflows.

Who are you?

• you are educated as a nutrition assistant, have another relevant education or experience from the kitchen area
• have an interest in and enjoyment of cooking and the profession
• are outgoing, proactive and contribute with good humor and positive energy
• can work independently and thrive in a multidisciplinary collaboration
• are flexible and want to collaborate across centres and kitchens
• meet others with respect and see differences as a strength
• want to take responsibility and contribute to the development of our area of work.

Practical information

Number of positions: Two permanent positions.

Working hours

37 hours per week, primarily daytime. There may be work in the evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary and terms of employment

According to the applicable collective agreement.

Start date

January 1, 2027 or by agreement.
