Nutrition Coordinator for maternity leave cover at Temporary 24-hour Rehabilitation - Svendebjerghave

At Svendebjerghave we are seeking an engaged nutrition coordinator who is passionate about translating nutritional science knowledge into practice, and strengthening the quality of meals and nutritional interventions.

We are facing an exciting change process, where Svendebjerghave from 1 January 2027 transitions to regional operation. Therefore we seek a professionally strong colleague who is eager to be part of this process.

You will become the nutritional professional key person at Svendebjerghave and will have a varied daily routine with focus on development, quality assurance, product development and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The position is a maternity leave cover for 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible

About the position

As the nutrition coordinator you will become the nutritional professional resource person at Svendebjerghave. You will play a central role in quality assuring the nutrition and catering area. You will help strengthen the nutritional effort through guidance, quality development and product development.

Your tasks

• Function as the nutrition professional resource person for employees and management.
• Advise and guide staff on nutrition-related issues.
• Support cross-disciplinary efforts around residents with special nutritional needs.
• Develop and optimise food and meal concepts with a focus on nutrition, rehabilitation and quality of life.
• Participate in production development and quality assurance of diet and meal offerings.
• Prepare and maintain nutrition-related guidelines, instructions and workflows.
• Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and workflows.
• Contribute to a culture where nutrition and meals are an integrated part of treatment, care and rehabilitation.

We expect that you

• Have a professional bachelor’s degree in nutrition and health, or another relevant nutrition-related education.
• Have an interest in development of meal offerings, quality assurance and production development.

• Can translate professional knowledge into practice and create engagement among colleagues.
