Krabben Shared Housing Community is seeking a dedicated employee for a fixed-term position of 30 hours. Primarily daytime hours on weekdays.

The position starts 1 December 2026 - preferably earlier. The employment is initially until 1 May 2027.

There will be an opportunity to combine the position with other tasks if you wish for a higher hourly rate.

About the position

Your primary tasks will be

• Kitchen tasks, including planning and preparation of meals
• Participation in ensuring a nutritionally correct and varied diet for our 22 residents OK
• Self-check and compliance with applicable hygiene rules
• Outstanding cleaning tasks
• Dialogue with our nutrition assistant regarding meal plans, menu planning and nutritional initiatives

Our residents have different needs regarding diet and nutrition. Therefore it is important that you can balance the aim of a healthy and nutritious diet with respect for each resident's self-determination and wishes.

We want an employee who is eager to contribute ideas and inspiration, and who can engage in close collaboration to develop meals that are both nourishing, tasty and preferably with a sustainable focus.

• Has experience from the kitchen area
• Has a hygiene certificate and knowledge of self-check
• Has good knowledge of nutrition and diet
• Is appreciative in communication and approach to residents, relatives and colleagues
• Is adaptable and can handle a varied daily life
• Works systematically and in a structured way
• Takes responsibility and shows ownership for the tasks
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes positively to the community

About us

The Krabben Shared Housing Community is a 24-hour staffed residential facility under the General Act on Social Services § 105 and support under the Social Services Act § 85 for adult residents with developmental disabilities.
