We are looking for an engaged social and health care helper or social and health care assistant for our evening shift team at Tandsbjerg Care Center. The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed with a starting date of 1 January 2027

We work from person-centered care and base our approach on each resident's life story, wishes and needs. It requires professionalism, presence and a focus on the person you are caring for.

Tandsbjerg Care Center consists of four departments, of which one is a specialized ward for citizens with severe dementia. The vacant position is in our general department.

You will become part of an engaged team that places professionalism and care high. We support each other and work closely together to ensure that every evening becomes a good experience for both residents and colleagues. You will have the opportunity to bring your professionalism into play, while contributing to creating a homely and safe environment where residents' wishes and needs are centered.

Your tasks will include

• To provide care and nursing with respect for the resident's needs and self-determination
• To contribute to a safe and dignified environment
• To document and follow up on interventions in collaboration with colleagues
• To bring your professionalism into play and contribute to the development of our practice

We expect that you

• Are trained SSH/ SSA or equivalent professionally relevant education
• Are willing to work with person-centered care
• Are professionally well-founded and can work independently
• Enjoy working in a team with a focus on good collaboration.
