Experienced architect – Copenhagen

Do you want to work with architecture and projects on Zealand and help develop our newly established studio in Copenhagen? We are seeking an experienced and creative architect who is eager to take significant professional responsibility in our projects and professional environment. You will have the opportunity to shape projects, workflows and culture in close collaboration with management and colleagues across P+P Architects' locations.

The position

As an experienced architect at P+P Architects you will have a central role in our projects on Zealand. You will work on projects in all scales and phases, from the early idea and competition phases to realization and handover, and act as a professional sparring partner for colleagues, clients and partners.

You will

Contribute to the development of P+P Architects' professional environment and presence in Copenhagen

Work strategically and creatively with architectural quality, concepts and the whole

Participate in and often lead complex projects in collaboration with clients, engineers and contractors

Be involved in refining our methods, processes and studio DNA

Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, professional development and mentoring of colleagues

Competences

We envision that you

Are a trained architect and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Have a strong architectural professionalism and a clear creative stance

Have solid experience with complex building projects and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams

Have insight into planning, procurement and realization – and can navigate safely within the construction industry’s framework

Work in a structured way and have a natural overview, without losing the architectural focus

Thrive in a role with both responsibility, influence and expectations

Want to participate in the development of both people, projects and the organization

Experience with total consultancy, renovation and social housing is an advantage but not a requirement

Your everyday life in Copenhagen

You will have your daily base at our new office in inner Copenhagen, which we have established in collaboration with URBAN POWER. Here you will become part of an inspiring professional environment with good collaborators and at the same time part of P+P Architects' overall professional community with around 80 colleagues. The position is organizationally linked to our Aalborg office, and you will work closely with colleagues across our locations.

Our studio in Copenhagen is newly established, and you will help develop it in close collaboration with P+P’s management. Through your projects, experiences and ideas you will have the opportunity to shape everyday life, workflows and the professional environment.

You should expect to be in Aalborg or Aarhus about once a month.
