Experienced Site Manager sought for a project in Norway

Would you like to combine site leadership on the construction site with practical assembly work?

We are seeking an experienced and engaged Site Manager for an exciting project in Norway. You will become a central part of the project team and will be responsible for the daily coordination on the construction site, while actively participating in the assembly work together with the other installers.

Your responsibilities

• Receiving and inspection of deliveries at the construction site
• Coordination and follow-up on daily progress
• Planning and prioritization of work tasks in collaboration with the project management
• Participation in safety work, toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements
• Practical participation in assembly work together with the project's installers
• Ongoing reporting on progress and any challenges

We expect that you

• Have experience as Site Manager, foreman, construction manager or similar role within industrial or process facilities
• Have experience coordinating assembly work on construction sites
• Are structured and can maintain an overview in a busy daily life
• Focus on safety, quality and collaboration
• Are flexible and willing to travel in Norway according to the shift schedule
• Have a valid driver's license (category B)

It is an advantage if you

• Have a certificate for a telehandler
• Have experience with pipe installation, process equipment or mechanical assembly
• Have experience from international or Scandinavian projects

Note that a telehandler certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement .
