Clinical/Professional Coordinator sought for newly created position

We are seeking an engaged and professionally grounded professional coordinator for a newly created 37-hour-per-week position with employment from January 1, 2027. The position is shared between Vidarslund and Ristolahaven, which are 2 of a total of 4 adult centers at Marjatta. They are located a few kilometers apart between Tappernøje and Faxe. The centers consist of 5 and 6 residential facilities for Marjatta's adult residents aged 24 to 87 respectively. At both locations we work according to Rudolf Steiner's view of humanity and Marjatta's values, aims and pedagogical approach.

As a professional coordinator you will have a central role in supporting and developing the documentation-focused practice across the two centers. You will help create direction, overview, coherence and development through facilitation, competence development and you will work closely with management and staff.

The position is newly created, and you will therefore have the opportunity to influence both content and working methods in close dialogue with the organization.

Your tasks will be

• support the pedagogical development process in collaboration with department heads and documentation staff
• coordinate and follow up on the work with goals, sub-goals and documentation in collaboration with local documentation staff and department heads
• facilitate local projects and on-the-job training
• support the use of SMART goals in working with residents' development goals
• engage in collaboration with the Contract Team, including participating in monthly team meetings and professional sparring
• contribute to creating structure, systematic work and overview in development and documentation work

We imagine that you

• Have an educational degree, with consultancy experience and/or relevant experience within the social-pedagogical field
• Are strong in facilitation and thrive leading larger groups and processes
• Can work systematically and create structure and overview
• Have good collaboration skills and are able to create buy-in around development processes
• Are curious, reflective and focused on professional development
• Well-written and used to documenting
• Have experience in collaborating with caseworkers and municipalities

The position is 37 hours per week and is attached to both adult centers. The working hours are expected to be roughly evenly distributed between the two centers. The distribution may vary in periods depending on local needs and the nature of the tasks.

Salary and employment: The appointment and salary placement are made according to the regional collective agreement for social educational consultants at step 34 or 42.

Starting salary for employees covered by the agreement: Marjatta is under a operating agreement with Region Zealand and is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
