In the Region of Southern Denmark's social area we offer places for citizens with complex social problems. The complexity is increasing, and we need a skilled professional leader who – together with the rest of the house's management – can ensure ongoing development and adaptation to what each citizen needs.

Pomonahuset is an offer under §§ 66, 85 and 107 for adults (18 to 40 years) and youths (14 to 18 years) who all suffer from complex eating disorders. They all work to live a life without the restrictions imposed by the disease.

Pomonahuset works from a rehabilitative approach, where the young people sit at the head of their own treatment. In addition, Pomonahuset also has an advisory responsibility to the 22 municipalities in the Region of Southern Denmark.

Your role as the professional leader

As the professional leader you are expected to “lead from the front” and stay up to date with new professional knowledge related to our target group. You must be well grounded in our theoretical and methodological foundation and you can use your knowledge constructively and actively in supporting interactions with both staff and citizens. You coach and guide the house's staff so they continually gain knowledge and insight into the specialty.

As the professional leader you will, together with your professional leader colleague and the department head, further develop the strong professional foundation we stand on and ensure that everyone works from this. It requires a dialogue-based approach, where you are close to the staff in daily life, but at the same time can set clear direction and convey the expectations for task execution.

The recruitment of a professional leader at Pomonahuset is part of a broader process in the Region of Southern Denmark's social area. You will have equal colleagues with whom you can spar and share knowledge about the leadership task and work in the social field. Salary and employment terms

The position is 21 hours per week.

As the professional leader you will work at different times, so there is present leadership at different times of the day in Pomonahuset. The concrete schedule will be flexible and made in dialogue with the department head Henrik Jürs whom you will report to.

The position requires a driving license for a passenger car.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position.

Since there is no requirement for a specific basic education, the base salary, centrally set allowances and pension for the relevant collective agreement will be communicated to you if you are invited to an interview.
