We see you as a licensed nurse who either has a diploma module in continence or in the authority/administrative area – or who has experience or strong interest in this field. You thrive with independent responsibility and engage in both citizen contact and building safe, professional relationships. Your ability to create an overview and work systematically, your enjoyment of teaching and your desire to contribute to the development of workflows and colleagues, help strengthen our community.

Your area of work

In the position you will face diverse and inspiring tasks. You perform clinical assessments and counseling, both in our clinic and in citizens’ homes. Authority tasks under the Service Act §112 fill your daily routine, just as you guide citizens and relatives, educate colleagues and key personnel, and participate in quality development work. Through interdisciplinary collaboration with Home Care, Nursing, the Training Section, Visitation and other partners you create holistic trajectories that make a real difference for citizens.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are 37 hours per week – or as agreed, to suit your daily life.
