Family therapists sought for Carelink Group in Central and South Zealand

Are you educated and experienced in family treatment and the specialized child area?

Carelink Group, Social & Family seeks experienced family therapists for permanent or task-based interventions on Zealand with a primary task portfolio in Næstved Municipality.

Carelink Group is Denmark's largest welfare group. In the Social & Family department we work closely with municipalities across the country to help children, young people and families with special needs and complex issues. We implement interventions under the Children's Act, such as family therapy, supported and supervised visits, support for parents with placed children, a contact person scheme, etc.

About you

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Bachelor's degree as a pedagogue, social worker or similar – preferably with relevant further education such as family therapist or similar.
• Documented practical experience with family treatment in the specialized child and youth field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Children's Act and experience with written documentation via the ICS method.
• Strong written communication skills for professional, precise and respectful case presentation.
• Good relational skills and a professional, calm approach to children, young people and families in difficult life situations.
• Ability to act independently, in a structured manner and with high professional integrity in daily work.

Your tasks

The tasks are tailored to your concrete experiences and competencies. They may include

• Planning and execution of family treatment courses.
• Supported- and supervised visits.
• Support person function for parents of placed children.
• Targeted interventions and counseling in accordance with written action plans.
• Written professional documentation and follow-up.

Workplace

The area covers all of Zealand, but the tasks are primarily in Næstved Municipality and the rest of Central- and South Zealand depending on the individual assignment. Since travel is involved with the position, it is a requirement that you have a driving license and your own car.
