Permanent unskilled replacement for a team at a ventilator user in Vodskov

Are you eager to work 1:1 with your supervisor and have the possibility to take shifts at short notice, you may be the right person for this position.

As a respiratory helper you get a meaningful job with a large responsibility, so that your supervisor's life, as a severely physically disabled person with muscular dystrophy, can function.

The supervisor is a 74-year-old woman who is seeking a permanent replacement for respiratory monitoring, personal care, practical help and accompaniment.

• You are calm, responsible and reliable.
• You can perform the daily tasks in a respectful collaboration.
• You have a good life yourself, with an interest in people and a good sense of empathy.
• You have a pronounced practical sense and are good with routines.
• You do not smoke.
• You hold a Category B driving license, have driving experience and are willing to drive a large car.
• You will present your criminal record.

Before you get independent shifts, you will be thoroughly trained in both the caregiving and the respiratory aspects. After training, you will be offered acute shifts in case of sick leave as well as coverage during holiday periods. Shifts will be on rotating weekdays – also on irregular holidays. To be able to maintain routine in the respiratory tasks, you will receive a fixed shift every 4th Saturday.

The position is unskilled, with a base hourly wage of 161.87 DKK. There are allowances for shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in addition there are shift-based allowances for evenings and nights. BPA Nord is the employer.
