Finance Consultant for 'Intermunicipal settlements and charges' in the Center for Finance and HR

You will be part of a professionally strong environment, where you will play a central role in handling inter-municipal settlements and collection in the municipal welfare areas.

About the job Your daily life will be varied and involve both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues in your own team and center, but also with colleagues throughout the municipality and across municipalities and other partners.

Your tasks will include

• Responsible for intermunicipal settlements (MKA) in the children’s, elderly, disability and labor market areas
• Coordination and quality assurance of data and settlements between municipalities
• Carry out outgoing invoicing regarding intermunicipal citizens, including nursing homes, housing benefits, cash assistance and disability pension
• Case processing and payment of incoming invoices regarding housing benefits, cash assistance and disability pension for our intermunicipal citizens
• Dialogue and collaboration with case workers, the Visitation team as well as the Jurateam
• Preparation of material for calculating particularly expensive individual cases
• Ad hoc tasks within budget and accounting

Systems You will work in several central specialized systems, including

• ØS-Insight
• KMD KP
• SAPA
• Targit
• MARS

Knowledge of the mentioned systems is an advantage – but not a requirement.

About you We expect that you

• Have experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, law, invoicing or intermunicipal settlements – preferably from a municipality
• Have an understanding of areas such as cash benefits, pension, housing support or similar
• Work in a structured way and have an eye for quality in data and settlements
• Thrive in coordinating and creating overview in complex tasks
• Are good at collaboration and dialogue – also across disciplines
• Can express yourself clearly and professionally

Salary and employment terms Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement

The expected salary level is 40,000-45,000 DKK per month excluding pension depending on qualifications and experience.

The position is 37 hours per week.
