Controller for financial management at VikingDanmark

As a Controller at VikingDanmark, you will become a central part of our finance team, where you will play an important role in ongoing financial management. Your tasks will include controlling, accounts receivable and payable management, financial follow-up as well as preparation of financial statements and financial reporting. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization and development of our financial processes and help ensure a solid financial basis for decision-making in the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Development and maintenance of databases to ensure precise and efficient data storage and retrieval
• Analysis and development of financial statements, including identification of trends and key insights for management
• Internal quarterly accounting reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of invoicing basis for monthly accounts receivable invoicing
• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Documentation of workflows and processes, and development of these
• Ongoing financial controlling
• Production of action-oriented statistics that support the company's strategic decisions and performance management

About you

• Detail-oriented, analytical and have a systematic approach to problem solving
• Have an educational background in economics
• Possess the ability to transform complex data sets into understandable and actionable reports.
• Experience with NAV or BC

We expect you to have a curious approach to your tasks and enjoy working with numbers and complex tasks. You take pride in delivering a thoroughly prepared result. You have good communication skills and can manage several tasks at once and have a positive attitude to the diversity of your tasks.
