At KH OneStop in Albertslund we are seeking an engaged and structured workshop foreman who can take part in the responsibility for daily workshop operations, motivate employees and ensure high service and quality for our customers.

Your tasks

As a workshop foreman you have a central role in daily operations. You plan the day's tasks, maintain an overview and ensure that the work in the workshop proceeds efficiently and in a structured way. You work closely with your foreman colleague and report directly to the department manager.

Your main tasks

• Plan and coordinate the workshop's daily tasks.
• Motivate and engage the employees in the daily work.
• Handle customer contact before, during and after the task solution.
• Prepare offers.
• Manage orders through the entire process.
• Improve workflows and ensure optimal use of resources.

• Experience from a similar position and preferably supervisory responsibility from a workshop or the transport industry.
• A solid technical insight and interest in the area.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A service-minded approach and the ability to maintain overview in busy situations.
• Business understanding and motivation to contribute to the continued development of the company.
