Business Developer for the Credit Area

At our headquarters in Ringkøbing we are looking for a business developer who can translate complex requirements within the credit area into solutions that work in customer advisory and in daily operations.

As a business developer you will be the link between the advisers, Bankdata and several internal departments. You will be the driving force behind the entire process from analysis and testing, through development of solution proposals to implementation and anchoring. This applies to both new initiatives and further development of existing products, systems and workflows.

The tasks span broadly within the credit area and include, among other things, loans, financing, accounting data, registries, as well as collateral. The tasks evolve continuously in line with new rules, business needs and deliveries from Bankdata.

You will, among other things

• represent the bank in working groups and stakeholder groups at Bankdata and translate external deliveries, new rules and system changes into concrete solutions in the bank.
• drive and participate in the development, testing and implementation of credit solutions in close cooperation with, among others, the Credit Department, Central Production and Data, Automation & AI.
• plan and carry out implementations, as well as prepare business procedures, guidelines, decision proposals and communication to relevant recipients.
• identify error scenarios, data needs and control points and contribute to automation and process optimization that increase quality and improve customer and employee experience.
• create an overview and progress across deliveries, dependencies and stakeholders as well as provide professional sparring and support knowledge sharing in the organization.

• are strong in credit expertise and have a good understanding of credit processes, financing and documentation.
• have an interest in business development, system support and implementation and can translate complex problems into clear decisions and usable workflows.
• work structurally, take ownership and create progress in collaboration across the organization.
• can maintain an overview of the connections between and the implications for customers, colleagues, legislation, quality and risks and can communicate this clearly and precisely.
