WTW is seeking an Insurance Broker / Key Account Manager for our Corporate department in Aarhus.

Corporate is one of WTW's strong specialist areas, where we advise mid-sized and large corporate and industrial companies across a wide range of industries. Our clients range from Danish companies with national activities to international groups with business across borders.

The Role

As an Insurance Broker / Key Account Manager in Corporate you will be responsible for your own client portfolio and become the primary advisor for your clients.

You work with both national and international companies and advise on everything from traditional commercial insurances to complex insurance programs. The role involves close dialogue with clients, insurance companies and internal specialists with a focus on developing solutions that support the clients' business and risk needs.

For several clients, the work will include international insurance programs, where coordination between local WTW offices, insurance companies and international partners is a significant part of the task.

Your key responsibilities will be to

• Advise and service existing clients on their insurance and risk matters
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through professional and value-creating advice
• Prepare and present insurance and risk strategies
• Negotiate insurance solutions with insurance companies
• Coordinate cooperation between clients, insurers and internal specialists
• Contribute to the development of both existing and new client relationships
• Advise clients on national and international insurance programs

You will become part of an experienced team with strong competencies in advising corporate and industrial companies. Cooperation, knowledge sharing and professional sparring are natural parts of everyday life, and you will have access to specialist competencies across WTW's organization.

Qualifications

About you

You have experience from the insurance industry and a solid understanding of advising business clients. Your background may be from an insurance brokerage house or an insurer, where you have worked with establishment and development of insurance solutions.

Experience in advising mid-sized and large companies is a plus, and knowledge of international insurance programs is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

You work in a structured way, take responsibility for your clients and thrive in collaboration with clients, colleagues and external partners.

• Professionally strong in the property and casualty insurance field and have at least level 4 on FOAK
• Outgoing, client-oriented and highly driven
• Engaged, enthusiastic and a strong team player
• Skilled at developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Capable of understanding and handling complex risk needs
• Proactive for new opportunities, products and solutions and have a good eye for business development
• Structured and purposeful in your approach to both clients, business and administration
• Curious about the clients' business and motivated to create value through advisory
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
