Semler Mobility offers now an exciting position in our warranty team, whose task is to support warranty invoicing in several of the chain's stores.

The team – which is located at our Aalborg location (Ny Kærvej 47) – works with warranty invoicing on both bodywork and mechanical, as well as an optimization of the preparatory processes underlying a correct handling of warranty and goodwill cases.

The tasks will therefore vary between handling administrative warranty and goodwill settlements, to building packages and tools that help colleagues in the stores handle the tasks.

About the job

• Fulfillment of the car manufacturers' process requirements and deadlines for warranty and goodwill settlements
• Ongoing follow-up on the quality of the settled cases
• Analysis of any registered process deviations
• Follow-up on open account items
• Contribute to the team's future development in collaboration with the team leader
• Maintain a good collaboration with both workshops and the importer’s warranty department

About you

• You have technical knowledge from a previous position as a mechanic, service advisor or similar, and preferably experience with Semler Group's brands and systems
• You are sharp with a strong eye for detail, and take great pride in delivering quality and efficiency
• You have a knack for using IT systems, and feel comfortable at a keyboard
• You are analytical, and do not shy away from digging into numbers of various kinds
• You are balanced and collaborative, and thrive when there are plenty of tasks
