You will become part of a strong leadership team, consisting of three daily leaders, two administrative leaders, a professional leader and a residential home leader who together with around 110 employees each day support our citizens.

Together with the leadership team it will be your task to lead from the front as we support the complex pedagogical task daily, and as daily leader you act as the calm support and collaborative partner for your employees in the many tasks and decisions that are tied to their daily life.

In daily work you will be primarily responsible for personnel management and professional leadership. The overall leadership task will be characterized by a working community, where we work with leadership in citizen-centered teams at our main house in Toreby and our four solis houses.

Qualifications

• You have a professional bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., pedagogue, social worker or nurse).
• You have leadership experience within the social-pedagogical area, or within social psychiatry.
• You have experience with our target group in practice, including psychiatry and ASF.
• You possess a relevant toolbox.
• You are strong regarding professional documentation.
• You are capable of promoting and cultivating a learning culture.
• You work purposefully and persistently with professional quality development.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of daily pedagogical work based on Habitus’ leadership technologies, objectives, policies and values.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the health-related tasks are performed in accordance with applicable law and the guidelines set by Habitus within your own management area.
• You will help ensure follow-up on development points set by the various authorities we are subject to.
• You will ensure and develop the professional quality in the pedagogical work and in the care for the citizens.
