Handyman m/f for the Police in Esbjerg

Do you have your hands screwed on right and are you motivated by solving practical tasks? Coor is seeking a service-minded Handyman m/f, who can take responsibility for prepping Police cars, smaller maintenance tasks, fault correction and practical property tasks. You will be part of a strong team where service, quality and collaboration are in focus.

As a handyman at Coor you are covered by the Property Functionary Agreement.

Workplace and working hours

• Place: Kirkegade 76, 6700 Esbjerg
• Number of hours: 37
• Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07.00 - 15.00 Friday 07.00 - 14.30

Your primary tasks

• Daily cleaning and preparation of police cars
• Light indoor operations and maintenance tasks
• Assembling and adjustment of office furniture, painting tasks, smaller moving tasks and various service tasks
• Diverse ad hoc tasks
• Transport of found property

Your profile

• Crafts background or relevant experience (e.g., electrician, plumbing or carpenter)
• Experience with building maintenance and service tasks is an advantage
• Technical knowledge across trades is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Office package and ability to use PC/smartphone
• Driver's license: B and C class and van card, if you do not currently have C

IMPORTANT TO BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION

To be employed you must be PET security cleared. This means that the Danish Security and Intelligence Service conducts an investigation to assess whether you can work in environments where security is crucial. Coor does not have access to the information. You must, among other things, have lived (without interruption) in Denmark for the last 7 years. Everyone over 18 who has an address at the household will also be checked. In order to be employed it is a requirement that we can access your criminal record.
