We are seeking a leader of Skolernes Udviklingscenter, who stands on strong professional expertise and is able to create followers. You have a sense of the whole and contribute to creating safety, clarity and trust in everyday life.

You are motivated by close collaboration across Children and School, the schools and staff. You are present, courageous and structured – and you dare to take difficult but necessary decisions, which you communicate clearly and loyally.

In selecting our next leader we emphasize that

• You have experience from the school sector
• You are driven by collaboration and dialogue across professions and levels.
• You can navigate a politically led organization and actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration in a large municipal administration.
• The position can be filled by candidates with different professional backgrounds, for example consultancy background, deputy school/department heads, or candidates with similar experience.
