About the job

As a night shift worker, your tasks will be to

• Be available to the residents who may need help during the night and who need a chat/support
• Ensure a calm environment and a good atmosphere
• Document/journal in the Nexus journal system
• Take on health-related tasks when needed
• Take care of incidental tasks

About you

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. The expected salary level will be stated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.

This is a permanent 32-hour-per-week position with an expected start as soon as possible and no later than 01/01/27 .

You will be working on a 7-7 shift pattern, where you work 7 days in a row followed by 7 days off.

The workplace is: St. Dannesbo, Bryllevej 20, 5250 Odense SV under the Department of Employment and Social Administration.

About us

St. Dannesbo is a municipal housing facility for the homeless operated by Odense Municipality. We have space for 70 residents in addition to a number of residents in activation. Our residents are, in addition to homelessness, also challenged by other social problems including alcohol and/or substance abuse.

We are about 59 employees consisting of both social and healthcare professionals including social educators, supervising assistants, occupational therapists, social workers, nurses and social- and healthcare assistants distributed across four teams: Receiving Team, Clarifying Team, Outreach Team and Housing Team. In addition, we have a kitchen team, a service team, a night shift team and our administration, which handles the daily operational tasks within finance, various administrative tasks and HR-related tasks.

St. Dannesbo is located in a scenic natural area near Brylle, and we use our special surroundings to also run a number of workshops with attached staff who participate in our activation offers.
