Help us ensure quality as a Quality Engineer

At Gibotech we develop and build advanced robot and automation solutions for hospitals and industry. We create solutions that make everyday life smarter, more efficient and safer for our customers. To succeed, quality must be built into everything we do.

Therefore we are looking for a Quality Engineer, who will help ensure and further develop our quality management system and support quality work across the organization. You will be part of our QHSE team and have a central role in ensuring that our processes, solutions and workflows meet both internal and external quality requirements.

Your responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer you will be the hub for a number of quality activities and have a large touchpoint across the organization.

Your primary tasks will include

• Coordinate and maintain the company's quality management system (ISO 9001)
• Ensure ongoing development and optimization of processes and working methods in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Handle deviations and drive Lessons Learned processes
• Plan, conduct and follow up on internal and external audits
• Train and advise employees in quality processes and the quality management system

Who are you?

You have experience with quality assurance and quality management and thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different disciplines. You work in a structured way, take responsibility and focus on creating improvements that make a difference in practice.

We imagine that you

• Have a technical background, preferably supplemented with a higher education degree
• Have experience with ISO 9001 and quality management
• Have experience with internal and external audits
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Work independently and follow up until the task is solved
• Are analytical, curious and energized by continuous improvements
