We work from a rehabilitative approach. You will participate in the interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, therapists and a visitator. Citizens and their relatives are our most important partners. Our work reflects citizens' experience of greater independence, participation in decision-making and quality of life.

We have a weekly meeting where nurses, visitator and therapists participate. Here the focus is on interdisciplinary collaboration, with the citizen at the center.
