In the role you will handle administrative tasks and help ensure that follow-up, documentation and coordination are managed effectively. You will have a varied day with different tasks, where it is important to maintain an overview and follow things through to the end.

Your tasks You will work with tasks that require both systematization and a sense for good service for yourself and your team members. At the same time you will be part of the daily collaboration, where people help each other and find solutions together.

  • Handling of administrative tasks and daily coordination
  • Registration, documentation and follow-up
  • Preparation and maintenance of written material
  • Contact and collaboration with relevant persons regarding the tasks
  • Planning and prioritization of your own tasks

  • Employment is in accordance with the common agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organization – The Public Sector, as well as the organizational agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT staff (HK) and the related local agreements.
  • Pension scheme
  • 37-hour work week with the possibility of flexitime.

What we are looking for You work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you must want to learn, collaborate and contribute actively in a dynamic everyday life.

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain an overview
  • Confident use of common administrative systems
  • A desire to collaborate and find practical solutions
