About the job

Kildemosen has earlier this year hired two house assistants with great success. We are therefore looking for two new colleagues who want to be co-creators of the good and meaningful everyday life for our residents.

As a house assistant you will be a meals ambassador and ‘host/hostess’, contributing to a homely atmosphere with a focus on good meals. Your primary tasks regarding meals are both practical and social; prepare breakfast and lunch for our residents, sit at the table and create coziness and a good mood, set the table, wash up, order goods, etc. You will work closely with the other staff at Kildemosen regarding residents’ wishes and needs.

There will also be other practical tasks such as keeping the kitchen and common room neat and clean, helping with laundry, etc.

About Kildemosen

The Kildemosen nursing home is located in Tranebjerg in the heart of Samsø, about 10 minutes from the ferries from both Jutland and Zealand. The home has 34 apartments spread over four houses with shared courtyards and a sensory garden. Each apartment has direct access to its own terrace.

The place of employment is the Kildemosen Nursing Home, Kildemosen 1-4, Tranebjerg, 8305 Samsø.

It would be a great advantage if you would like to be part of our lovely local community, but it is not a requirement. Samsø Municipality is a small and well-functioning municipality that would like to show the world that Samsø is both a wonderful holiday island and a great place to live and work year-round.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between the relevant professional organization and Samsø Municipality. Salary according to the principles of Local pay.

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Working hours: primarily weekdays between 7:30-14:30, but we are open to considering other start times.

We wish to fill the position as soon as possible – but no later than 1 December 2026.

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, and the job advertisement will be removed when the right candidates are found.
