HR Coordinator

Are you our new HR Coordinator?

Do you want to help create good conditions for employees in a fast-paced company? Our current HR coordinator is moving to another internal position at Dansk Auto Logik A/S, and therefore we are seeking a new colleague for the HR team in Vamdrup. You will have a varied daily life with many administrative tasks and a range of practical tasks that contribute to cohesion and positive employee experiences.

About the position

As HR coordinator you will be a central part of the daily HR operations. You will interact with both managers and employees across the company and help ensure that our HR processes operate professionally, efficiently, and courteously. The role requires you to thrive with fixed routines and deadlines, while being ready to take action when a gift needs ordering, an anniversary needs to be celebrated, or an event needs to be coordinated.

Your main tasks

• Drafting employment contracts, supplements, letters and other personnel documents
• Creation, modification and termination of employees in relevant HR systems
• Maintenance of personnel data and ensuring correct documentation
• Coordination of onboarding and practical aspects for new employees
• Administrative support in connection with recruitment, courses, absence and other HR processes
• Answering daily inquiries from managers and employees
• Ordering and coordination of employee gifts, anniversaries and commemorative days
• Planning and practical execution of celebrations, staff events and other internal activities
• Ongoing ad hoc tasks in the HR team

About you

• Have experience with HR administration, personnel administration or a similar coordinating role
• Experience with collective agreements and employment law. We have agreements with HK, 3F and Metal.
• Work in a structured, thorough manner and with respect for confidential information
• Is service-minded and communicates clearly and professionally with different groups of employees
• Has good IT skills and easily adapts to new systems
• Can prioritize tasks and maintain an overview in a day with both planned and unexpected tasks
• Is practical, takes initiative and follows tasks through to the end
• Contributes positively to collaboration and enjoys helping to create positive experiences for colleagues
• If you have knowledge of employer branding and SoMe, that’s an extra plus
