At the company’s headquarters in Brande, an experienced and passionate HR leader is sought for a newly created position. You will be responsible for ensuring that the HR strategy supports the company’s overall business goals, while you also handle tasks within your areas of responsibility.

Company with plus on the social and human bottom line For Give Steel we are looking for an HR leader who takes responsibility for the overall HR task and contributes to the daily work. You will be responsible for a small department with experienced colleagues, an accessible sparring partner for the company’s managers and ensuring that HR supports daily operations with clear processes. You will report to the CEO and become part of the management team.

We are looking for a present leadership figure who thrives close to operations. With your people skills and empathy you ensure a coherent corporate culture for both salaried and hourly workers. You develop the HR strategy and implement initiatives that support both employee well-being and the company’s growth. The role combines daily HR tasks with development of HR work – with good opportunities to put your own stamp on it.

Your areas of responsibility will include, among others

• Leadership of the HR team and sparring with the company’s leaders
• Further develop HR together with your colleagues and translate joint plans into solutions that work in everyday life
• Equip leaders with sparring, tools and clear processes so they succeed in people management throughout the employee journey
• Structure and digitalise HR systems and workflows
• Utilise HR data and key figures to create overview and follow up
• Develop strategies and initiate actions that strengthen employee engagement, well-being and a positive company culture
• Participation in job fairs and internship events
• Strengthen HR team’s role as an active sparring partner for the entire company

A unifying role for the whole organisation

• You have solid and broad experience with HR – preferably from a production or industrial company where things move fast and change is part of everyday life
• Leadership experience would be a clear advantage, but most importantly is that you have the toolbox in order and can lead a professionally competent team and yourself participate in the tasks
• You manage to translate your HR expertise into practical support for leaders with a view to attracting, developing and retaining employees
• You have solid knowledge of HR systems and an eye for how data and digitisation can strengthen HR work
• You work in a structured and data-based manner, but do not forget the people the numbers are about
• You succeed in building trustful relationships across the company

As a person you are empathetic, listening and good at building trust and strong relations across the organization. You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach and think in HR solutions with a long-term perspective. In addition you are passionate about creating a safe and developing work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
