I am looking for a full-time helper and several on-call substitutes.

I am a 45-year-old woman living in a house in Løkken with my daughter, who is 11 years old.

I am a wheelchair user and need help with, among other things, personal care, dressing, home training, transfers, and accompaniment outside the home to, among other things, training, family visits, etc.

In addition, I need you as a helper in my team to participate in ordinary household chores such as cleaning, tidying, laundry, cooking, etc. – in short, the things I would do myself if I could.

I am sociable by nature, but I also value calm around me and enjoying being outdoors in the garden and in nature. I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle and diet. A positive dialogue and a touch of humor are also important to me.

Since I am a mother, it is important to me that you as a helper understand how important your role is for us as a family. That you have good situational awareness and sensitivity for us as individuals and as a whole, are calm and easygoing, responsible and proactive with regard to the tasks.

I highly value that you as a helper thrive both professionally and personally with us.

You must be prepared for one day to be busy, for example with activities outside the house, while another day may have quiet periods.

I would like you to be a mature woman over 35 years old, who is reliable and does not need to smoke during working hours.

You must have a driving license (B), be an experienced driver, and be able to drive me safely in my wheelchair-accessible bus with automatic transmission.

Position as a full-time helper

• You should expect about 5 overnight shifts per month.
• The shift plan is made in collaboration with the rest of the team, where we all help to make the plan work.
• You must have a flexible attitude to covering shifts for others, for example during holidays and illness.

Position as an on-call substitute

• You will not be able to obtain a fixed hourly rate with me.
• You must be willing and able to cover shifts that my fixed team cannot cover.
• You must have a driving license (B).
• You will be trained in the tasks I need you to perform.

These tasks are planned by the individual supervisor. The pay for the helper depends on which supervisor you perform the work for. It is the individual municipality’s financial assessment and provisions that we follow and pay according to. All information about pay will naturally be available via your helper profile.

All helpers receive holiday pay of 12.5% of the pay, which is paid into the Holiday Fund.
