Industrial Technician for CNC Machining and Metrology in Frederikshavn

You land in a machine workshop at a large international industrial company, where the tasks involve motors, service, repair and machining. It is not production of the same items all day - a large part of the work is adjustments, repairs and single parts, where the craftsmanship must be right. You work both independently and with others in the workshop, so you have freedom to solve the task and people to brainstorm with when something requires more eyes.

The role suits you if you like to think ahead when a task doesn’t come with a finished recipe. You work from drawings, measurements and tolerances, and the quality is checked properly before the piece moves on. There may also be opportunities for travel or tasks at customer sites if you want that part.

What you’ll get Salary: 190-225 DKK per hour

Everyday: Machining, metrology and special tasks

Your everyday The task typically starts with drawings, measurements and tolerances before you start at the machine.

You work with parts that must fit the first time, and metrology and quality assurance are a natural part of the work. Some days are about CNC machining, others about repairs, adjustments and finishing on special parts.

You will among other things work with

• CNC machining of smaller and larger parts
• Metrology and quality assurance of what you deliver
• Special tasks, automation and finishing
• Repairs and adjustments, often as single-piece production
• Working from technical drawings, measurements and tolerances

There is good camaraderie here and a work environment where people help each other when a task is tricky. It’s a daily life for you who would rather solve real workshop tasks than stand at the assembly line.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade.

But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with or strong interest in manual machining and turning
• Can read a technical drawing and work to measurements and tolerances
• Have control of measuring and the quality of your own work
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your task
• Contribute properly to the collaboration in the workshop

It’s an advantage if you have experience with CNC, Mazatrol or Heidenhain. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily life where the tasks require craftsmanship and consideration.
