In Præhospital Syd we are looking for an ambulance instructor who wants to combine ambulance operations with teaching, competence development and quality work. As an ambulance instructor

• you will become part of a unified instructor group with close collaboration and strong team spirit
• you will work regularly on weekdays , and as a starting point without night and weekend shifts
• you will get flexibility and the possibility of hybrid/home office in connection with teaching and development tasks
• you will have a clear professional career path , where you develop competences within teaching, dissemination and quality work
• you will have 60 % teaching, preparation and development and 40 % operations

Your role on a day-to-day basis

As an ambulance instructor you are an instructor, both when you teach and when you participate in the operation.

You

• teach, guide and follow up on competence courses for colleagues
• contribute to the development of teaching programs, professional standards and learning activities
• translate knowledge and guidelines into learning that can be felt in the meeting with patients
• join the ambulance operations to keep your professional practice close to reality and up-to-date

You will have a local affiliation with links to Odense, Haderslev or Esbjerg , but will at the same time be part of a regional instructor group , where we plan and develop the teaching in close collaboration with Falck and other actors.

Salary and terms

Employment is performed according to applicable collective agreement and local agreement.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in Ambulance trained personnel – collective agreement 32.44.1 – salary as of 1.4.2026.
