Do you want to teach Chinese cooking and create cultural understanding in the heart of Copenhagen?
We are seeking an engaged instructor in Chinese gastronomy for our new cooking courses (e.g., jiaozi/dumplings, Mapo Tofu and classic Chinese dishes).
Your role
Teaching Danish adults (students, young people and culture enthusiasts) in practical Chinese cooking.
Planning of workshops with a focus on authentic techniques, ingredients and food culture.
The language of instruction is Danish (can be supplemented with English).
Experience with professional cooking or running cooking workshops is an advantage (not a requirement).
