Inwork ApS seeks psychologist with experience

IN:WORK ApS is a company that offers holistic and flexible interventions for people with AFS and ADHD. Our vision is to create positive and sustainable changes and assistance.

We are seeking an experienced psychologist with practice-based training, who will become part of our multidisciplinary team consisting of educators, a social worker, an occupational therapist and psychologists.

We are looking for a psychologist who has solid experience from practice and can work independently with complex issues. It is important that you have experience with vulnerable children, adolescents and adults as well as families, and that you have extensive knowledge of ADHD and AFS.

You must be able to translate your psychological knowledge into concrete and applicable interventions and take responsibility for your own cases. Experience with family treatment, employment-related interventions, screenings and collaboration with municipal authorities would be an advantage.

Your responsibilities

As a psychologist at IN:WORK you will have a varied daily routine with different types of psychological tasks. Your duties will include:

• To manage different types of programs for children, adolescents and adults with ADHD and/or AFS.
• To conduct relevant screenings.
• To undertake family treatment tasks, where most programs take place in the citizens' own homes.
• To prepare journals, status descriptions and psychological reports.
• To engage in a close and constructive collaboration with the authority departments in our partner municipalities.
• To participate in network and status meetings.
• To actively participate in the multidisciplinary collaboration with our other professional groups.
• To contribute with supervision, professional sparring and teaching of internal and external professional groups.

We imagine that you

• Have a psychology degree with professional training.
• Have several years of relevant professional experience and are used to working independently with psychological tasks.
• Have solid experience with vulnerable children, adolescents and adults as well as families.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of ADHD and AFS as well as practical experience with the target group.
• Have experience with or an interest in family treatment and systemic work.
• Have experience with screenings, assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Have an understanding of working in a municipal context and in collaboration with authorities, caseworkers and other municipal partners.
• Can think flexibly and individually and find solutions that take the individual citizen's needs, resources and opportunities into account.
• Thrive in working in citizens' own homes and can adapt your professional approach to different families and life situations.
• Are engaged, professionally curious and reflective about your own practice.
• Are strong in both oral and written communication and can convey complex psychological assessments in a clear and usable manner.

Travel allowance is paid at the state's highest rate.
