ISS seeks a property service technician apprentice for customers located in North Zealand

As an apprentice you will become part of a professional team that every day ensures that buildings, technical installations and outdoor areas function optimally. Your tasks will primarily be located in North Zealand , but you must also be prepared to solve tasks across the rest of Zealand when needed. Therefore you will have the opportunity to experience many different types of buildings, customers and technical installations, providing a varied and educational daily life.

An education with many opportunities

As a property service technician apprentice you will be introduced to a wide range of tasks within operation and maintenance. You will learn, among other things, to service buildings and technical installations, perform smaller craft tasks, carry out fault finding and minor repairs, and contribute to energy optimization and sustainable solutions. You will also gain experience in caring for outdoor areas and learn the importance of creating safe, well-functioning and attractive environments for users and customers.

The education combines practical work with school attendance, and you will gain a solid professional foundation that can be used in many different industries after completing the education.

We imagine that you are curious, responsible and eager to learn a craft in practice. The most important is not necessarily how much experience you already have, but that you show up with engagement, drive and a wish to develop. You may be a recent graduate from the introductory stage of the vocational education, but you may also be a little further along in life and seek new challenges through a vocational education.

As a person you thrive working both independently and with others. You take responsibility for your tasks, are service-minded in interactions with customers and colleagues, and have a desire to contribute to a good working environment. If you have a category B driving licence or plans to obtain one, it is an advantage.
