IT project manager for Energi Fyn's digital development

Can you create direction and momentum in complex IT projects, where technology, business and transformation must work together? At Energi Fyn we face a number of larger IT projects that must develop and modernize central solutions across the company.

Therefore we are looking for a project manager who can create direction in the complexity and unite people around a common goal that will support Energi Fyn’s development in the years to come.

You will have independent responsibility for cross-functional projects that can range from central business applications and integrations to digitization of business processes and CRM solutions. Common to the projects is that they have great significance for how we work, collaborate and deliver value.

As an IT project manager you create momentum, ensure that the necessary decisions are taken, and that the solutions are anchored in the business. At the same time, you establish the necessary project structure and provide a clear overview of scope, plan, economy, risks and dependencies.

You will be part of a larger transformation program with many cross-cutting initiatives and dependencies. It offers a daily life with great variation and close collaboration with management, specialists and the business.

Your primary tasks

Your most important task will be to drive projects safely from ambition to implementation and business value. This includes, among other things:

• Planning and management of complex projects with many dependencies
• Naturally taking ownership to establish the necessary project structure and ensure management of progress, deliverables and decisions in a matrix organization
• Leading and coordinating cross-disciplinary project teams
• Stakeholder management across the organization and at different management levels
• Close collaboration with the business on needs, processes, priorities and implementation
• Change management and organizational anchoring of new solutions and ways of working
• Coordination with other projects and deliveries
• Preparation of decision proposals and clear communication to steering committees and management

Are you the one we are looking for? You have experience with project management of larger IT projects and thrive in a role with responsibility and many stakeholders. You can be an experienced project manager or have several years of experience. The most important is your ability to create momentum and drive projects to a successful conclusion.

As a person you are affable and trustworthy with natural assertiveness. You build strong relations across the organization, while communicating clearly about both direction and expectations. You are goal-oriented, challenge constructively and maintain focus on the result, even when the framework changes along the way.

We imagine that you

• Have managed larger IT projects and understand the interplay between technology, processes and business
• Have documented experience with project management, planning, risk management, finance, dependencies and stakeholder management
• Have worked with development or implementation of different IT platforms, systems or business processes
• Have experience working in organizations with many stakeholders and different management levels
• Work in a structured, persistent and solution-oriented way
