IT Support/Data Technician Wanted

At Data-Link we are busy and are looking for 1-2 new colleagues for our team.

🎧 PROFILE 1: IT Support

You are the first one customers meet when something goes wrong. You are good at helping users along, and you can explain technical things without drowning them in jargon.

Your tasks will include

• Answer customer calls and assist with their day-to-day IT
• Preparation and setup of new PCs
• User administration in Microsoft 365 (new users, licenses, access)
• Daily IT tasks and routines for our customers
• Patching and maintenance of customers' workstations

We envision you to be trained as an IT support technician or have equivalent experience. Recent graduates are very welcome. The most important thing is that you are service-minded and eager to learn.

🛠️ PROFILE 2: Data Technician – Infrastructure

You take the heavier tasks and projects. You like to understand how things fit together, and to build solutions that last.

Your tasks will include

• Operations, setup and troubleshooting of servers and virtualization
• Networking and security: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi and VPN
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune at our customers
• Backup, monitoring and IT security
• Projects at customers and on our own hosting platform
• Collaboration and escalation from the support team

We envision you to be a data technician with a specialty in infrastructure or have equivalent experience, and that you have several years of experience with operating IT environments.

Common to both roles is that you will have close contact with our customers and close collaboration with your colleagues.

📍 Where: We mainly work from our office in Ringkøbing, but there is also the possibility of remote work days.
