Do you like meeting people and making their day a little better? Then we have a job for you.

We are looking for an engaged student assistant for our Travel Care team on the route between Copenhagen and Oslo. You will be the first one guests meet, and you help give them a good start to the journey.

What your everyday life looks like

We are open every day of the year from 9.00 to 16.30. You work in shifts and have a fixed weekend shift every fourth weekend.

Your training starts in Customer Care, where you learn our booking system and get a handle on how we assist guests over the phone. Then you are part of the whole Care team, both Travel Care and Customer Care. It provides variety and you will, among other things, do the following:

• answer questions on the phone and by email
• prepare for today\'s departure
• check in guests arriving on foot and by vehicle
• assist and guide guests at the counter
• sell tickets at the counter and at our shuttle buses

Is that you?

• You are studying
• You stay calm and focused, even when it gets busy
• You speak and write Danish fluently, as you will daily assist guests on the phone, by email and at the counter
• You understand Norwegian so you can help our many Norwegian guests
• You can communicate in English with our international guests
• You are comfortable with IT
• You are flexible, take responsibility and approach tasks with a good spirit

On board during the holiday season

Christmas and New Year are some of the busiest days of the year for us. Many of our guests need to go home to their families or celebrate the holiday, and they need a good start to the journey. You start right before the busy period, and therefore it is a prerequisite for the job that you can work during Christmas and/or New Year.
