Purchaser for Hartmann Technology in Tønder

At Hartmann Technology we are seeking a skilled purchaser for our procurement department at the factory in Tønder. With your commitment and solid professional background, you will help strengthen our procurement function and support the service we provide to our own factories and external customers worldwide.

Who are we?

Hartmann Technology is the global technology center for Hartmann Packaging A/S. Here, machines, process plants and complete production lines for the manufacture of egg trays are developed and produced for both our own factories and external customers on the global market.

Hartmann Technology is the world leader in its field and supplies the majority of the machines used to produce egg trays. Hartmann Packaging A/S holds a leading market position in an industry with strong global prospects due to the phasing out of plastic in packaging.

What tasks?

You will have a wide range of tasks, where in a flat organization you will support across departments with purchasing, production orders and handling of spare parts. There will be ongoing follow-up on purchased goods as well as supplier follow-up.

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• Procurement, order processing and production planning
• Price updates and claims
• Creation and maintenance of items and bills of materials in our ERP system (M3)
• Ensuring correct price, lead time and quantity through ongoing follow-up and a structured working process
• Participation in various optimization projects

Who are we looking for?

As the ideal candidate for the position, you probably have one of the following two profiles – or a combination of these:

You have a commercial education at bachelor level and have gained your first insight into the purchasing area through tasks and/or student jobs.

Alternatively you have another relevant, shorter education and have since developed yourself internally in a manufacturing company. You have built up your first years of practical experience with all operational procurement disciplines and are now ready for a new challenge.

It would be advantageous if you have experience from a manufacturing company and have a technical background. Your procurement insight may also have been gained from trading or service companies.

What do we offer?

The expected working time is 37 hours per week. Salary is determined by qualifications and job responsibilities. In addition, there is a favorable pension scheme.
