Who are we?

Egebo is a social 24/7 facility at Filadelfia in Dianalund. Here live adults with epilepsy, acquired brain injury and complex physical, psychological and social challenges. We work from the individual citizen’s resources, wishes and possibilities for a meaningful life.

With us you become part of a strong interdisciplinary community with social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, nurses, pedagogues, pedagogical assistants and management, who work closely together on the core task. In addition, we have a close collaboration with relatives, the epilepsy hospital, medical center and the municipalities involved in handling.

What will you be doing?

As an SSA at Egebo you will, among other things

• Attend to health care tasks and medication management
• Observe and respond to changes in citizens’ well-being and health status
• Contribute to structure, security and quality of life in the citizens’ daily life
• Work from a neuropedagogical approach
• Document professionally and systematically
• Engage in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support citizens’ self-determination and influence

• Are newly graduated or experienced; the most important is your motivation

Practical information

Salary and employment according to applicable regional collective agreements. References may be requested in agreement with the applicant before final decision on employment. A criminal record check will be obtained in connection with employment.

Starting pay

Filadelfia is obliged to inform the starting pay for the position. Base pay, centrally set allowances and pension are stated in the relevant collective agreement.

The starting pay may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

The starting pay is stated for 37 hours and amounts to

In addition to the starting pay there may be

• Right to allowances under local advance agreements
• Right to special allowances, e.g., for evening, night and weekend work
• Opportunity to negotiate individual allowances depending on the position as well as experience and qualifications.

Employment: Start January 1, 2027 or as agreed
