Social and health care assistant sought for day shift at Plejeboligerne Østervang in Frederiksberg

Department 3/4 is seeking a new employee who, together with dedicated colleagues, distributed across day, evening and night shifts, will help maintain and further develop a high professional level in the care and support for our

28 residents. This is a permanent position of 32 / 37 hours per week, primarily day shift. The position is available from January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

As mentioned above, we emphasize a high professional standard, equal and respectful communication as well as correct and professional documentation. You must, as our upcoming colleague, be motivated to make a targeted effort, of course in relation to our core task, which is care and support for our residents, based on each resident’s right to self-determination. Documentation should also receive particular attention. A well-functioning working environment characterized by a good tone, humor, good collaboration skills and a desire to develop means everything to us.

The Østervang nursing homes are located in the heart of Frederiksberg with Frederiksberg Hospital and the Louis P children’s garden as the nearest neighbor. We are home to 130 residents. We continuously develop professionally, so here is ample opportunity for you who would like to raise your professional level.

Østervang consists of 4 care departments with each 26-34 residents, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, activity center, as well as a cafe. We have a clinical development nurse as well as key personnel in the dementia area. Østervang is a training site for social- and health assistants/assistants, nursing students and physiotherapy students.
