We need you at Paletten, which is a children’s house where we go to work with joy and meet the children with care and happiness.

We have two educators in every room and now have the opportunity to hire another educator.

We are busy with many good tasks and we are looking for a new colleague who finds it just as exciting to work with small children as we do.

• Do you want to join in exploring and be curious together with the children? Do you want to be on the floor and play with and beside the children? Could you dream of a kindergarten day where we can carry out what we have planned, because we are simply punctual?
• If you are our new colleague, you have a high level of professionalism in pedagogy, care and development. You believe your work constitutes an important societal function. And you would be very happy to enjoy writing and be good at it.
• You have a good and secure understanding that care and the developmental moments are fundamental in our work. You may also have experience with and ideas for good physical, creative and science/nature-based activities.

Your daily work will include various practical and pedagogical tasks in a professionally strong and experienced team of educators and teaching assistants.

In short; the purpose of our work is more important than ever. The work is exciting and we get good cross-disciplinary sparring when we meet challenges that call for it.

The position is a permanent appointment, in principle, for 37 hours per week and it is available now because we have received additional funding. We are happy to wait for the good match and the number of hours can be agreed. The application deadline is October 20. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
