The Clinic for Acute Psychiatry has three locations in Viborg, Skive and Silkeborg and is a workplace with high ceilings, where professionalism, development, and collaboration go hand in hand. • Values interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration highly

We can offer

  • An exciting and varied workplace with independent tasks

The Clinic for Acute Psychiatry aims to help people when life and mental health are most challenged.

We offer fast and professional acute psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients with mental vulnerability with the aim to:

  • Create greater accessibility outside normal outpatient opening hours
  • Prevent unnecessary hospitalisations
  • Contribute to shortening hospitalisation pathways
  • Prevent readmissions

Through our efforts we want to create coordinated patient pathways and support the patient, as far as possible, in maintaining a connection to their everyday life.

As a nurse at the Clinic for Acute Psychiatry you will have a central role in the patient pathways.

You will handle direct patient contact in the patients' own homes or in the clinic.

Your duties will include

  • Conclusion of pathways and ensuring active handover
  • Documentation, registration and booking
  • Ongoing professional sparring with colleagues and doctors as needed
