About the job

Do you have the ideas, the engagement, and the drive to bring them to life?

Klubben Hårup is seeking an independent and initiative-taking project assistant (28–30 hours per week)

Are you the type who sees opportunities, takes initiative and makes things happen? Do you want to use your interests and skills to create activities, communities and great experiences for children and young people?

Then you may be the one we are looking for!

We are seeking a committed project assistant for Klubben Hårup for the period 1 December 2026 – 15 August 2027 . Here you will have the opportunity to influence everyday life, develop new activities and become part of a club environment where children’s and young people’s ideas and engagement are at the center.

A club in development – with room for your ideas

Klubben Hårup is mid-change due to the opening of the new Ravnbakkeskole. The changed school structure affects the social lives of the children and the young people, and we therefore work purposefully to strengthen relationships, create new participation opportunities and develop an attractive leisure and youth club environment.

Here you will play an important role. We are looking for an employee who sees opportunities in everyday life, dares to test new ideas and can translate them into activities and projects in close collaboration with the children and the young people.

You will become part of a small team where we collaborate on pedagogical development, leverage each other’s competencies and share responsibility for the club’s daily life.

Who are we?

Klubben Hårup is a leisure and youth club for children and young people from 4th grade up to and including 17 years old.

We are a club with high ceilings, lots of humor and strong relationships. Here children and young people of different ages and genders meet, and we prioritize an environment where everyone has the opportunity to belong and be part of the community.

We have good facilities that provide ample opportunities for activities and projects

  • Creative workshop and e-sports room
  • Football pitches, multi-use fields and an indoor sports hall
  • Social room and kitchen for communal cooking
  • ”The Barn” – a small hall with heating
  • Forest area with hammocks, a pannable obstacle and opportunities for campfire cooking
  • 3D printer and tabletop role-playing

Who are we looking for?

We are not looking for a specific educational background or a specific set of competences. The most important is your engagement, your drive and your desire to make a difference for the children and the young people.

Maybe you are passionate about music, dance, gaming, outdoor life, creative activities, crafts, sports or something entirely different. We are curious about what you can bring to the table.

We place emphasis on you being

  • Independent and initiative-taking: You see opportunities, take responsibility and initiate activities without waiting for instructions.
  • Able to turn ideas into reality: You can plan, implement and follow up on activities and projects.
  • Proactive and engaged: You actively contact the children and the young people, involve them and are curious about their interests.
  • Relationship- and community-building: You meet children and young people with presence, humor and clarity, and you have an eye for different participation opportunities.
  • An active team player: You contribute to joint planning, share your ideas and take shared responsibility for the club’s development and daily tasks.

With us you get freedom to test ideas and take responsibility, while having a team to brainstorm and collaborate with.
