You will have the opportunity to work at Anexet, which is a department of Børnehusene i Vonsild and a satellite to Designbørnehuset SanseSlottet

You will have the opportunity to work together with a very engaged, energetic and not least professionally conscious staff group, where there is room for new ideas and thoughts.

Work is done across the nursery and the kindergarten, where pedagogical sparring and collaboration are highly prioritized.

You will be working in a small house with lovely play environments both outdoors and indoors

You will be working in a safe and close environment for both children and adults.

All of this you can help shape with your input.

Functions

You will be attached to the kindergarten group, where you together with the other staff share responsibility for the children’s well-being, development, learning and formation.

In the team there is focus on the current needs of the child group. Focus on an appreciative approach and the concept of looking beyond the child and the family.

Together you shall create and develop exciting play and learning environments that ensure good play communities and optimize the good childhood.

Qualifications

• You are a trained pedagog.
• You are passionate about the pedagogical development task around the 0-6 year area and are curious to follow their cues
• You can work independently, are flexible and can keep an overview when things move fast
• You enjoy play and can use play in your pedagogical approach.
• You are on eye level with the children and see their perspective
• You are good at creating attachment and security through presence and care
• You can set framework and create structure
• You see the professional and pedagogical possibilities in your work and can reflect on your own practice
• You value mutual inspiration and learning communities
• You dare to turn things upside down and have a positive outlook on life
• You are appreciative, observing and attentive in your work with children.
• You have good collaboration skills and can shift focus when needed.
• You want to use your competences and are also open to personal development
• You enjoy humor in a busy daily life

Who are we?

The Børnehusene i Vonsild consist of 3 departments

Anexet, satellite to Designbørnehuset, with 20 kindergarten children and 12 nursery children.

Designbørnehuset SanseSlottet, integrated theme institution with 24 nursery children and 84 kindergarten children.

Vonsild Børnehuse. Kindergarten with 48 kindergarten children

The position is at Anexet.

Our houses are located within walking distance, which enables close collaboration.

In Anexet and Designbørnehuset SanseSlottet, there is an emphasis on creative thinking,

where the experimental, imaginative, curious and innovative within cultural expressions are highly prioritized, both outdoors and indoors.

Many exciting and varied play environments are created.

The intention is that the interior should be flexible, surprising, changeable and adjusted to the children’s group needs and interests.

We see great value in recycled materials and often use them in activities and interior design.
