Customer Receptionist for Bjarne Nielsen in Nykøbing Falster

Are you good with people, and are you motivated by giving customers a great experience? Can you at the same time keep an overview when the phone rings, customers come in the door, and the workshop's calendar needs to add up? Then you might be the one we're looking for as the new customer receptionist at Bjarne Nielsen in Viborg.

As a customer receptionist you will be an important link between our customers and the workshop. You are among the first the customer meets, and you follow the customer through the workshop visit from the first booking to the follow-up afterwards.

You will become part of our aftersales, where we work closely together to create an efficient everyday life and a professional customer experience.

You will be the customers' contact to the workshop. Your most important task is to ensure that our customers feel well assisted and know what will happen with their car.

Your tasks will include

• receive and serve customers in the workshop
• talk to customers on the phone
• book and plan workshop visits
• follow up with customers and agreements
• ensure a good and professional customer experience from the first contact
• work closely with the workshop, mechanics and your other colleagues
• help across the department when needed
• contribute to an efficient daily life with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

You like people and take responsibility We imagine that you are outgoing, positive and good at talking to many different people. You thrive with customer contact and gain energy from helping customers move forward.

At the same time you take responsibility for your tasks, follow them through and take the initiative when something needs to be solved. You can work independently, but you are also the type who helps a colleague when it is busy.

Experience from the automotive industry is a clear advantage, but not a requirement. If you have worked with Dracar or have knowledge of our brands; Ford, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan and Suzuki, that is a plus. The most important is your mindset, your desire for customer contact and your motivation to learn new things.
