Lab technician for night shift in a microbiological laboratory

Job description

We are currently looking for a reliable colleague for the night shift in our microbiological department. We analyze feed, water and foods for various microorganisms. The tasks include, among others, sample registration, setup and execution of analyses, as well as various tasks including refilling consumables and tidying up.

You will receive thorough training in the tasks so that you, together with colleagues in the team, can contribute to delivering high-quality analysis results to our customers on time. The team consists of 10 dedicated and skilled colleagues, where we support each other to achieve the goal.

Qualifications

You find the microbiological field interesting and preferably have experience from a production laboratory where you thrive on pace and routine. Since the tasks require both standing and walking, it is important that you are physically mobile. It is also beneficial if you have experience with night work and know how it affects you.

Professional competencies

• You are a trained laboratory technician and/or have another relevant educational background
• You have experience with IT at a user level
• You speak and write Danish

Personal competencies

• You work systematically, in a structured way and have a good overview
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy routine tasks
• You have a positive mindset and are a team player

Additional information

Working hours

37 hours, the working hours are between 19:00 and 06:00 on weekdays.

There is a night shift allowance attached to the salary.
