• Can create overview and work structurally and independently with your tasks.

• Can see the importance of and have experience in documenting your efforts.
• Put your monofactorial approach into play in the interdisciplinary collaboration for the citizen's best.
• Can thrive with flexible working hours, including every 2nd weekend. There may be a possibility for every 3rd weekend.

Your tasks will be

• Be part of the daily 24-hour rhythm with our citizens.
• Care and pedagogical tasks as well as documentation in KMD Nexus.
• Engage in the pedagogical work based on KRAP (Cognitive, Resource-focused, Appreciative Practice).
• Work goal-oriented, systematic and continuous with goals and sub-goals based on the citizens' §141 action plan – with a recovery-oriented approach.
• Task responsibility in relation to medication handling and possibly other health-care tasks.

Your workplace

Labyrinten is a § 105 residential care home for citizens with a significant and lasting physical and mental impairment requiring extensive help and support for a normal everyday life.

We are a cross-disciplinary group of about 50 permanent employees represented with different professional backgrounds such as educator, social- and health-care assistant/assistant, ergotherapist and physiotherapist who ensure a good and dynamic breadth in daily work with the individual citizen.

Salary

The salary is set in accordance with applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

If you are educated as a pedagogue, the starting salary for a full-time pedagogue would be 32,863 DKK per month + pension. In addition, a qualification increase is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.

If you have another educational background, the salary level will be stated prior to the employment interview.
