Be the engine of our front-end sales. You will work at the intersection of marketing outreach and engineering sales to build trust from the very first interaction.
Your core directive: Convert new leads into their first RFQ seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Generation
- Proactively contact inbound leads across website, seminars, and campaigns.
- Conduct structured outreach to target prospects.
- Drive conversations safely toward a concrete RFQ request guiding the customer.
- Track all data in CRM ensuring no lead is left behind.
Pipeline & Collaboration
- Hand over qualified RFQs securely to Key Account Managers with proper briefings.
- Provide market feedback on messaging, targeting, and conversion hurdles.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Highly comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Persistent, structured, and resilient to rejection.
- Strong commercial instinct to move dialogues to definitive next steps.
- Exposure to electronics or technical B2B sales is a strong bonus.
