We are looking for a rental consultant in Hørsholm , who wants an exciting and independent role with plenty of human contact, responsibility and variation.

This is not a job where you just have to open a door, show a kitchen and hope for the best.

We are looking for you who can build trust, see opportunities, take initiative and follow a potential tenant all the way from the first inquiry to the signed lease.

You will have a day-to-day where you both need to talk with people, think commercially and keep track of the details.

🔑 You will take on more than just showings

You will closely collaborate with the company’s director on a portfolio of just over 100 rental units .

Your tasks will include, among others

• 🏠 Showings and rentals – present rental units and create a good experience for interested tenants.
• 🤝 Dialogue and negotiation – respond to inquiries, follow up and secure agreements.
• 📅 Open house events – plan and host showings.
• 📱 Marketing – help raise visibility of available rental units through online advertising and relevant channels.
• 📝 Lease agreements – prepare contracts and handle administrative tasks.
• ⚡ Ad hoc tasks – dive in where needed and ensure things are followed through.

In other words, you will be an important part of the entire rental process.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

We are first and foremost looking for the right personality.

You may already work with rentals. Perhaps you are a real estate agent seeking a different daily life. Or maybe you come from a sales-oriented role where customer contact, relationships and results have been a natural part of the job.

We imagine that you

• Have a category B driving license.

• Have experience with rentals, real estate or similar.
• Have knowledge of online marketing and social media.
