Marketing Coordinator at Cozze – Create structure and drive campaigns to completion

Are you on top of the details when there are many things going on - and do you thrive at being the one who creates an overview and passes tasks on?

Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our Cozze marketing team.

At Cozze we are fast-paced and growing. New products need to be launched, campaigns need to come to life, partner countries need to have the right materials, the website must be kept up to date – and along the way new tasks arise that need to be tackled.

Therefore we are expanding our marketing team with a marketing coordinator who can help us keep the strings in order and get things done. You will have a broad role with many different marketing tasks and become an important part of the daily coordination and execution in the team.

You will become part of a Cozze marketing team consisting of a Brand Manager & Team Lead, a SoMe & Content Specialist and two graphic designers. We each have our own areas of responsibility, but work closely together and help each other to get our marketing activities fully completed.

A everyday with a bit of everything

There aren’t necessarily two identical days in the role.

You can start the day by coordinating materials for a product launch, follow up on an activity with one of our partner countries and later ensure that new products and texts are correctly published on the website. Occasionally you will need to order POS materials for a trade show, follow up on a deadline or solve a task that wasn’t in the calendar when the day began.

That is precisely the variation you should enjoy.

Your role will be to create overview and structure around the tasks, coordinate with the right people and ensure there is progress. At the same time you should be happy to take the initiative and handle a number of the practical marketing tasks that come with it.

What will you be working with?

You will among other things

• collaborate with our partner countries and ensure they have relevant and up-to-date marketing materials
• coordinate marketing activities and campaigns across our markets
• help with planning and coordinating product launches
• keep track of activities and deadlines and follow up when needed
• update and quality-check our website www.cozzebbq.com
• work with SEO and GEO and help strengthen Cozze’s visibility in both Google and AI searches
• coordinate and order POS material, merchandise, print and other sales materials
• assist with coordinating trade shows and photoshoots

You can manage multiple tasks at once without losing overview, and you are comfortable following up with colleagues, suppliers and partners to move a task forward.

At the same time you are not just a remote coordinator. You want to get your hands dirty, learn new things and help out where needed.

You do not need to be a specialist in all marketing disciplines. We place more emphasis on having a good understanding of marketing, being curious and wanting to develop in the role.

We imagine that you

• have a relevant background in marketing, communications or similar
• would preferably have experience from a marketing function
• work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks
• are good at collaborating and communicating with different people
• communicate confidently in Danish and English
• are curious about digital marketing and new tools including AI.

The most important thing is not that you can tick all boxes from day one. We are looking for a colleague who has a passion for marketing, can create order in a busy everyday life and becomes happy when tasks move from “this must be done” to “it’s in place” .
