Marketing Coordinator - Give our marketing wings

We are seeking a part-time marketing assistant who will help lift our brand, work with video, campaigns and customer stories. 10-15 hours per week starting as soon as possible.

Fønix Gruppen is an active sparring partner and network for IT and ERP companies. Fønix Gruppen currently consists of 5 partners, where each company retains its own name and brand, and together we create growth. You will become our marketing coordinator, where you take responsibility for implementing the marketing strategy for Fønix Gruppen and the individual companies, into life.

What you will do

• Video that captures: record and edit short clips for LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Ads that work: set up, run and optimize campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Customer cases: interview customers and tell their story in text, images and video.
• Websites: tailor and improve our pages with new content, blog posts and landing pages.
• Content plans: bring the monthly plans to life, from idea to publication.
• Graphics and newsletters: social media graphics, newsletters in Mailchimp and materials for events.
• AI: Actively work with AI.

• You will use AI tools and are keen to optimize
• You have an interest in the field
• You take initiative and drive your tasks to completion
• You are curious about IT and ERP and can make the complex simple

You do not need to know everything from day one. We place the most weight on the desire to learn and a good eye for content.
